Old Navy's current in store shopping experience has left an impression with customers that the store is not organized, the selection is not memorable, and their current advertising fails to show the value of being able to mix and match essentials to create a wardrobe the will stay fresh over time.

Simplifying and unifying merchandise for a enjoyable and easy shopping experience. We will focus on creating a service design system that will suggests holistic style choices for busy parent during the year. We will start by developing a campaign for the Back to School season.
Tell the story of the clothes.
We want to focus on showing parents how to easily style their family throughout the year with clothing that will span the seasons and stay fresh as new trends come along. We were inspired by fashion mood boards and how they show where the clothes came from, how they reinvented themselves, and how they have come to be within someone’s life.
CUSTOMER JOURNEY: PRE SHOPPING
The Wardrobe Application will allow customers to keep tract of the clothing that they have purchased. It will act as a personal stylist, helping families choose unique outfits that will keep their current closet fresh.
There will also be a specific part of the application in which a parent could look up the dress code for their child’s school, keep a list of what clothing already has purchased and share the remaining registry with friends and family.
